This workshop, offered by the NSF-sponsored National Computational Science Institute (NCSI), will cover various ways that computers can be used to enhance and expand the educational experience of students enrolled in the undergraduate chemistry curriculum. Discussions and hands-on laboratory exercises on visualization, simulation, molecular modeling, and mathematical software will be presented. This is a concentrated, 2-day version of the Computational Chemistry for Chemistry Educators workshop (the longer version is offered June 24-28 at Linfield College, McMinnville, Oregon.. The application is available on the NCSI website.
